Return & Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us before sending your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, or returned without their original packaging cannot be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
